This summer I received the transformative opportunity to intern at Vallourec USA in Houston, Texas as a Digital Marketing Intern. This role involved revamping their brand identity specifically tied to the North America section of their website.
Digital Marketing Experience
During my internship at Vallourec USA, I contributed to the enhancement of the company's North American digital presence by assisting in the redesign of the USA section of their corporate website. This project involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve site navigation, update content, and ensure alignment with Vallourec's branding standards. Additionally, I supported efforts to optimize the website's user experience and search engine visibility. This experience allowed me to apply my skills in digital marketing and web design within a B2B industrial context.
Additionally, I supported employee retention and internal engagement by creating LinkedIn content that highlighted company culture and achievements. I also contributed to expanding the “We Are Vallourec” DEI initiative, helping share employee stories and promote inclusion across digital channels.

Veterans United
Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist Experience
During my internship with Veterans United, I worked with tools like FullStory and Tableau to analyze user behavior and optimize website performance. I conducted A/B testing, reviewed heatmaps, and gathered insights to recommend data-driven changes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I helped implement strategies that enhanced user engagement and improved conversion rates.
In addition to optimizing website performance, I assisted in generating detailed reports and dashboards in Tableau to track key metrics and measure the effectiveness of various strategies. By identifying trends and areas for improvement, I was able to provide actionable insights that helped streamline user journeys and improve overall conversion outcomes. My work at Veterans United strengthened my analytical skills and reinforced my ability to translate data into practical marketing and design improvements.
